How do i pay crypto for my exchange?

1. Click on sell crypto and you will be presented with your unique crypto (btc, eth, usdt) address alongside the current exchange rate. Scan or copy this address to your external wallet (e.g. Blockchain wallet, Coinbase etc. ).
2. Send your crypto payment from your external wallet to the address from the previous step.
3. You guessed it! . Your transaction has now start processing.
4. The address doesn't change and it is matched with your bank details, so you can reuse the address anytime.

I have paid, now what next?

Now that you have made your crypto payment. The transaction should now start processing. Funds will be sent after we receive 1 block confirmation of your bitcoin payment.

Funds will be delivered usually minutes after you make payment.

Who are vendors?

They are verified individuals that make funds transfers on Bitoshi. Risk free!

Do you use crypto related words as references?

Our vendors will not reference any crypto related word while making your fund transfer.

Why is my payment taking so long to confirm?

Cryptocurrencies like bitcoin may take a few to several minutes to confirm. Make sure to send bitcoin with high priority for a faster confirmation time.

I have not received funds. What should I do?

Bank transfers are usually processed within minutes. Although it might take longer to reach your account due to banking network delay. We have no control over this as the transfer has been sent. Contact support if its taking longer than 24 hours.
